The first figure shows example of laminar-to-turbulent flow transition at plate leading edge. All turbulence models in CFD++ possess this capability. The second figure compares Sarkar’s  Compressibility correction model to that developed by Metacomp Technologies. The former underpredicts.  The data whereas the latter improves over the baseline prediction, particularly under adiabatic wall conditions
